jiffyc is a replacement for rmic, a program that
	generates the stub and skeleton
	files needed by distributed applications/applets based on Java
	RMI. But as it is
	written in C++, it is substantially faster than rmic.  It can
	be used with either the
	1.1 and the 1.2 protocol versions.  Development has started to
	support even RMI
	over IIOP.
